About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, joy is the job! Our team members sweeten up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. We close early so you can enjoy your evenings. Requirements
- Must have flexibility to work throughout the holiday season including the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- At least one day of weekend availability is required.

- Willingness to work offsite events in addition to regular in-bakery shifts.
Responsibilities
- Cross-train in the following departments of the bakery: Joy Creator, Crafting, and Frosting.
- Provide exceptional guest service and create genuine connections with the community as a Joy Creator.
- Decorate cakes and package orders aligned with required brand standards as a Crafter.
- Make frosting, frost products, and ensure daily production demands are met as a Froster.
- Rotate through departments as needed, scheduling to their strengths to best support the bakery.
- Work offsite events in addition to regular in-bakery shifts.
