About The Position

Local bakery seeking reliable and enthusiastic team members for two open positions: Front Counter Associate and Cake Froster. Both positions offer a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and are great opportunities for individuals looking to join a fun, friendly bakery environment.

Requirements

Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
Customer service and bakery experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with bakery selections and orders.
Handle transactions at the register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
Package customer orders and ensure products are presented beautifully.
Keep the bakery counter clean, organized, and presentable while following food safety and hygiene regulations.
Communicate with bakers and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Frost and decorate cakes and bakery items according to bakery standards.
Prepare products with attention to detail and ensure quality presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following food safety guidelines.
Assist with packaging and preparing bakery orders as needed.
Work closely with bakery team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
