Bakery Supervisor - Full Time

You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. Bakery team members will cross-train in the following departments of the bakery: Joy Creator, Crafting, and Frosting. Joy Creators are the face of the business, providing exceptional guest service and creating genuine connections with the community. Crafters are responsible for decorating cakes and packaging orders aligned with required brand standards. Frosters will make frosting, frost products, and ensure daily production demands are met. Upon completion of training, team members will rotate through departments as needed, scheduling to their strengths to best support the bakery. Team Supervisors are trustworthy individuals who carry a key to the business, assist in opening/closing duties, and ensure standards are met in absence of the Bakery Manager.
Requirements
- Full Time availability
- Morning and afternoon shift availability
- At least one day of weekend availability required
- Willingness to work offsite events
- Flexibility to work throughout the holiday season including the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Trustworthy individual
- Carry a key to the business

Responsibilities
