Requirements

Ability to work with deadlines and follow directions.
Basic math and reading skills.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Read and understands mix formulas, use a digital scale.
Run cookie machine, cake depositor, and keep count of production.
Able to work independently and with others.
Requires constant bending, stretching and good eye/hand coordination.
Pulling and pushing carts filled with dough and mixes.
Stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Some relevant experience and needs some skills developed through training or work.

Responsibilities

Operate all machinery, including mixers and dough/batter pumpers.
Learn cookie mixing, cake mixing, production, and baking.
Ensure product is of good quality as it is trayed up (Weights, appearance, etc.).
Follow safe, sanitary food handling policy to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses.
Clean work areas.
Wash all equipment.
Take out trash.
Varies according to production needs, occasionally may have to work in other production areas.
