About The Position

Co-Dough is hiring a Bakery Production Associate to join our production team. This position supports the preparation and production of our bakery products while maintaining Co-Dough's standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Able to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions accurately
Organized and able to maintain a clean workspace
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and work in multiple areas of bakery production
Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a bakery environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Nice To Haves

Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
Prepare products according to Co-Dough recipes, procedures, and quality standards
Work across different areas of production as needed
Follow daily production plans and complete assigned tasks within required timelines
Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning, and appearance
Properly handle, store, label, and rotate ingredients and finished products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Properly use and care for bakery equipment and tools
Communicate production, inventory, or quality issues to management
Assist with cleaning, organization, restocking, and end-of-day responsibilities
Support other members of the production team as needed
