About The Position

Stew Leonard’s, a family-owned and operated fresh food store founded in 1969, has locations in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Stew’s earned its nickname, the “Disneyland of Dairy Stores” because of its country-fair atmosphere, with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents shop. This is a Full Time Bakery Muffin and Cookie Production Assistant position, paid on a weekly basis with a pay range of $17.75/hr. - $18.25/hr. depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Weekends are a must.

Responsibilities

Prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients.
Review production plan for donuts
Reading and understanding recipes
Execute production of product based on established guidelines
Package and label product for display
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Assist in other duties, as assigned
Provide exceptional customer service
