About The Position

Our Bakery Prep Team (Day Shift) is a cornerstone of our kitchen, crafting everything from scratch including croissant dough, donut laminations, glazes, jams, butter creams, crumbles, and more. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No professional experience is required, though general kitchen experience is a plus. Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a team environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a lively kitchen atmosphere

• General kitchen experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare croissant dough, hand-laminate donuts, and assist with various pastry prep tasks.
• Craft fillings, toppings, and glazes according to bakery recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all food safety procedures.
• Lift and transport heavy materials including flour, sugar, and large dough containers.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure timely production.
