About The Position

Responsible for production of all Bakery needs.

Requirements

  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
  • Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
  • Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
  • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for following recipe guidelines and specs to ensure Bakery food prep consistency and quality
  • Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and organization
  • Maintain food levels that are consistent with business volume and needs
  • Responsible for developing and creating bakery items based of guest request and needs
  • Accountable for kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
  • Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary
