About The Position

Wright’s Dairy Farm & Bakery is looking for a full-time Packaging Associate to join our Packaging Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, appreciates a well-presented product, and doesn't mind an early start. The Packaging Team is responsible for preparing bakery products for both retail and wholesale customers, involving tasks like labeling, boxing, and applying finishing touches to ensure products meet high visual standards before leaving the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Package bakery products according to company standards
• Label products accurately and ensure presentation is clean and consistent
• Move products from production areas to packaging stations, trays, or containers
• Add finishing touches such as icing, toppings, or garnishes as needed
• Safely use packaging equipment
• Communicate with bakery, packaging, and retail team members
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
• Follow company policies, sanitation standards, and food safety procedures
• Support the team by pitching in where needed
