About The Position

Join the warehouse team of our Bread and Bun Plant as a Bakery Order Selector where you will be trained to accurately select and load our Bread and Bun products to be shipped to our retail stores. Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.

Requirements

• Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
• Basic math aptitude
• Read/understand/interpret numbers
• Willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks
• Work in a fast paced production environment
• Work in a noisy environment frequently
• Work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F
• Work well alone/with others
• Accurate/detail oriented; work in a safety conscious environment
• 18+ years of age

Nice To Haves

• Prior order selector/material handling experience
• Power pallet jack experience
• Narrow aisle reach lift experience

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and load Bread and Bun products for shipment to retail stores.

Benefits

• Minimum starting rate of pay: $18.75 per hour
• Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday
• A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
