About The Position

Great American Restaurants is growing and seeking a passionate, driven Bakery Manager to lead the talented team at Best Buns Bakery & Burgers. This role is responsible for ensuring outstanding hospitality in executing daily shift operations, including front of house operations, creating and maintaining guest relationships, managing and coaching staff, and leading sales initiatives. Requirements

• 1-3 years working in casual, high volume cafes or fast casual concepts
• Strong understanding of bakery, café, or fast casual operations
• Ability to lead a team

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality degree preferred
• Experience baking bread a plus
