This is a full-time Bakery Manager position. The individual must be able to perform each essential duty with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and direction of the Bakery Department's activities, including costing materials, creating production sheets, and training department personnel in all aspects of bakery production (mixing, scaling, proofing, baking, frying, and finishing). The position also involves maintaining department security, staying aware of competitive activity, and ensuring smooth coordination and communication with other departments. Maintaining adequate department records is also a key responsibility.
