Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
