Requirements

18 years of age or older.
Prior experience leading others.
Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
Acting with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.
1 year or more of experience as a Baker.
