About The Position

• Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at various skill levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, maintaining standards for quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service.
• Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
