About The Position

Responsible for the production of all finished goods as needed, following instructions and formulas to specific standards. Must maintain open and professional communication with guests and staff. This role requires the ability to provide excellent service, possess strong communication and observation skills, and maintain an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment. Above average English speaking, reading, and writing skills are necessary, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Schedule flexibility is required, including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co workers
• The ability to read, write and speak the English language
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
• Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range
• Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English
• Need excellent interpersonal skills
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Upon receipt of order from restaurant outlets, finishes desserts ensuring proper size and decoration
• Uses advanced techniques including piping, molding chocolate, and working with sugar and caramel
• Follows recipes
• Produces desserts on time for delivery to outlets
• Prepare and restock shop stock products as needed
• Cleaning and stocking as needed
