About The Position

Responsible for offering extraordinary customer service. This role involves greeting customers, fulfilling special requests, resolving complaints, and preparing and serving bakery items. The position also requires managing orders, labeling items, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Nice To Haves

1-2 Years previous bakery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet all customers and ensure extraordinary customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries, fulfill special requests, and resolve complaints.
Solicit sales by educating customers and offering suggestions.
Take customer orders and prepare food items such as cookies, pies, and brownies.
Serve food, beverages, or pastries to customers.
Wrap and label menu items for customer orders.
Review orders for completeness and manage stock.
Fulfill special orders and requests.
Replenish foods in demos and display cases.
Abide by safety, health, and security rules.
Complete specials projects and other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Uphold the 7 guiding principles of the company.
Support goals and vision of General Manager.
Consistently present a professional personal image and uphold the company’s uniform policy.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
Comply with all regulatory rules and regulations including HACCP, OSHA, Dept. of Labor, Weights and Measures and local food and sanitation laws.
