About The Position
Bakery Crew Positions offer a wide range of opportunities to support our production and/or retail sales activities. Bakers can be a career for those not looking for management, a stepping stone to get into management, or simply just a part-time way to earn. Dough production shifts are typically daytimes, while more customer service focused roles are needed afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays all day (we are closed Sundays). You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones. Full-time and part-time positions are available and pay varies at each location. Crew members must be able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items. Requirements
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- No previous bakery experience necessary
- Available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights (if scheduled for closing shifts)
- At least 16 years old
- Have a knack for customer service
- Love cookies
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items
Responsibilities
