Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time Bakery Clerk (24-39 hours/week) at our Food Store location in Emma Lake, Saskatchewan. Requirements

Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and standing entire shift.
Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
Possess a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a retail bakery setting is considered an asset.
Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and proud of the work that you do.
Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Prepare, package, and label products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards.
Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO).
Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
