Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months of related experience.
• Ability to create an experience that is beyond the everyday.

Responsibilities

• Provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Have a thorough knowledge of bakery products, including prices, recipes, and uses.
• Assist customers with orders and engage in suggestive selling techniques.
• Weigh, wrap, and process customer orders.
• Answer the telephone and take orders when necessary.
• Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Package, stock, display, and merchandise all bakery goods according to company standards.
• Clean and sanitize Bakery equipment, counters, display cases, and floors.
• Follow the FIFO rotation system (First-in, First-out), covering, labeling, and dating leftover products, and utilizing leftover products before opening new product.
