About The Position
This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service in a bakery setting. The position involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return. The decorator will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitoring quality assurance standards.
