Requirements

Valid Smart Choices certification
Availability to work weekends
Excellent communication skills
Firm understanding of the English language (fluency in French desirable for CCFM)
Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Positive attitude and team mindset

Responsibilities

Make all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
Answer the phone and process take-out orders
Complete cleaning checklists
Deliver drinks to tables when needed
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items
Notify guests of weekly features or events
Replenish baked goods and retail items as needed
Ensure that all items served are entered into the POS System and that all payment transactions are accounted for accurately
Open/close the bar
Maintain an inventory of product based on daily par list
Ensure that production times are maintained
Ensure all takeout and cash handling procedures are being followed
Fulfill host & expediter duties when needed
Other duties as assigned
