About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes Smyrna is currently hiring part-time seasonal Joy Creators! We are looking for smiling, friendly and super positive employees to bring joy to guests with cake! Part-time Joy Creators will be scheduled 10-18 hours per week on average. This is a seasonal position. Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holiday availability are required.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• High energy and strong interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative
• Enjoys interacting with diverse people
• Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Diligent, organized and self-motivated
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Comfortable with new technology
• Understands basic arithmetic
• Can perform calculations when needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus
