About The Position

85°C Bakery Cafe is seeking Bakery Associates for baker and cake decorator duties at its Stockton location. Associates prepare, bake, fill, and decorate bakery products while maintaining product quality and a clean, healthy work environment. The role includes cross-training in Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar departments, following direction, and working with store management and coworkers to provide outstanding service and meet company standards. The position requires weekend availability and may require holiday availability. The job involves moderate physical activity, including nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, overhead reaching, and exposure to coolers and blast freezers.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
ServSafe certification.
Weekend availability is required; holiday availability is also listed.
Ability to perform moderate lifting of up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and use heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to stand and walk nearly continuously, perform repetitive hand motions, and reach overhead.

Responsibilities
