Responsibilities
- Help lead daily bakery operations and support the store manager
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation
- Help drive sales through promotions, displays, and customer engagement
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
