Requirements

• Experience with inventory management and ordering systems.
• Solid understanding of bakery operations, production processes, and ingredient quality.
• Familiarity with industry trends and innovations in baked goods.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing daily bakery operations, including production, staffing, and customer service.
• Supervise and provide guidance to bakery staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve department goals, such as sales targets and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe bakery space.
• Collaborate with vendors to source quality ingredients and bakery products.
