Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience leading others.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
  • A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Use your time and resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.
  • 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
