About The Position

At Bruegger’s Bagels, we have been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition for over 35 years. We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for a Baker who will be the first in our hearts and bakeries, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake what makes us who we are – bagels!

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
