About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker to prepare fresh bagels and help ensure quality products are available each shift. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 a.m., and stock the bagel wall and pastry case. They also work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches, while maintaining food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 p.m. and no work past 3 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.
