About The Position

At Bruegger’s Bagels, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and to work-life balance for our team. Our stores close at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for a Baker who is essential to our product. Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM), turn on a podcast or their favorite band, and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels! The role involves ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, working as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc., and ensuring the quality of food and beverages while maintaining a safe and clean store environment. We offer a fast, fun, and friendly experience with amazing coffee and fantastic bagels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
