About The Position

Prepare a variety of fresh baked goods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering, and special events. This position ensures consistent quality, proper food handling, and an attractive presentation while working efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment. Full time, Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 3 p.m. with benefit package. Part time, Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Requirements

Prepare and bake breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pies, bars, and other desserts.
Follow standardized recipes and production schedules.
Measure, mix, shape, proof, and bake products according to quality standards.
Decorate cakes and desserts as needed.
Prepare items for catering and special events.
Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
Monitor ingredient inventory and notify supervisors of ordering needs.
Assist with other kitchen and cafeteria duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with the food service team to meet daily production goals.
