About The Position

As a Baker, no two days are the same. Success in this role requires a passion for baking breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes. Bakers are expected to engage with customers and take pride in their creations. The role involves operating ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to ensure products meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. Additionally, Bakers are responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves to satisfy customer appetites.

Responsibilities

Baking breads, cookies, and pastries
Producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes
Talking to customers
Working with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards
Helping ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
