About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team in Ardmore, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $16.00/hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential for additional hours during the holiday season. The role involves preparing and baking a variety of bakery products, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous baking, pastry, food production, or kitchen experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be comfortable working Monday–Friday with occasional additional hours during busy seasons.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, and work with kitchen equipment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to recipes and production schedules.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
Assist with dough preparation, baking, decorating, and finishing tasks as needed.
Follow established recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent products.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
Properly store ingredients and finished products.
Assist with preparing increased production needs during peak seasons and holidays.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with other bakery team members to complete daily production goals.
