About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, emphasizing laughter, smiles, and enjoying each other's company, primarily through bagels. We are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for a Baker, who is crucial to our operation, arriving early (as early as 3 AM) to bake what makes us who we are – bagels. Bakers ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. They also work as a team to provide excellent guest service, assisting with order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company values making people's mornings and supporting career growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
