About The Position

Noah’s New York Bagels is a friendly gathering place known for good conversation and great food, serving fresh bagels since 1989. The company is committed to serving food that makes you feel good and prioritizes work-life balance for its team, with stores closing at 2 PM. They are looking for a Baker, emphasizing that the quality of their bagels depends on the person who bakes them. Bakers are the first to arrive, often as early as 3 AM, to prepare the bagels that define the brand.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
