This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies, cakes, cookies, puddings, gelatins, sweet dough, and other pastries or desserts. The baker will follow standard or complex recipes, check the production schedule to determine daily baking needs, and accurately measure and mix ingredients. Responsibilities also include cutting, wrapping, serving, and storing prepared items, as well as maintaining a clean work area by practicing "Clean as You Go" principles. The position may also involve performing other appropriate duties as needed.
