About The Position
Misha’s Cupcakes is hiring a Bilingual Baker (English & Spanish) to join our team. If you love the smell of freshly baked cupcakes in the morning, are comfortable using Excel to follow inventory-based baking plans, and are known for keeping your station clean and organized—we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
- Excel skills – must be able to read and follow inventory documents
- Solid basic math skills – for measuring, counting, and scaling
- Team player with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Nice To Haves
- Previous baking experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Start your shift at 4:00 AM to bake fresh products daily
- Follow production sheets using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare and bake cupcakes, cakes, and other treats
- Pack special orders, store deliveries, and wholesale orders accurately
- Keep your work area clean and organized at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
