About The Position
We are looking for a Baker who is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods, keeping bakery cases stocked and inviting, and creating a great experience for every guest. From chocolate chip cookies to banana cream pie, you’ll take pride in your craft while working as part of a team that values hard work, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- No experience is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Prior baking experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications with consistency and care.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases using effective merchandising techniques.
- Support the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
