What we’re looking for: Swedish Hill is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Baker to oversee the production of our artisanal baked goods, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and creativity. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience in a high-volume or artisanal bakery
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development
  • Proven ability to manage production timelines and maintain consistency under pressure
  • Knowledge of ingredient sourcing, scaling, and inventory management
  • Commitment to quality, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working long shifts, on your feet, in a fast-paced environment
