About The Position

Misha’s Cupcakes is hiring a Bilingual Baker (English & Spanish) to join their team. This role is for an early bird with a passion for baking and attention to detail. The ideal candidate loves the smell of freshly baked cupcakes in the morning, is comfortable using Excel to follow inventory-based baking plans, and is known for keeping their station clean and organized.

Requirements

• Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
• Excel skills – must be able to read and follow inventory documents
• Solid basic math skills – for measuring, counting, and scaling
• Team player with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Nice To Haves

• Previous baking experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at 4:00 AM to bake fresh products daily
• Follow production sheets using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare and bake cupcakes, cakes, and other treats
• Pack special orders, store deliveries, and wholesale orders accurately
• Keep your work area clean and organized at all times
• Work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly
