Position Overview: If you love to bake, this is the job for you! This is multi-dimensional position that includes a range of tasks: prepping for retail and wholesale, packaging, making doughs and batters, and a lot of the general pastry work that true pastry gurus love: tarts, cakes, and other glorious baked things that make people happy! Applicants with professional baking experience are preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates who are looking to grow!

Responsibilities

Skillfully produce a range of baked goods (including cookies/cookie doughs, muffins/muffin batters, scones, savory breakfast options, quick breads, bars and brownies). Will also finish/garnish tarts, cakes, custards, and cream puffs.
Pack bakery items for retail and merchandise the bakery service case.
Assist in large scale holiday production, including pie doughs, pies, and seasonal menu items.
Complete custom cake and cupcake orders.
Follow all Healthy Living recipes exactly as written and maintains consistent quality products to HL standards.
Be team-oriented and excited to work in a collaborative environment.
