About The Position

This role involves preparing baked goods according to established recipes and company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent guest service. The Baker will be responsible for setting up and breaking down stations, preparing products using various baking and pastry techniques, and ensuring adherence to safety and food handling guidelines. The position also requires monitoring the work environment for safety and security, de-escalating conflicts, and performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown stations according to USH Production Kitchen guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift, while moving through various assignments throughout the shift.
• Prepare product using all methods of baking and pastry preparation using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of pots, pans and other kitchen items and taking out trash while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
• Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety food preparation and handling practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
• Perform other duties as assigned
