About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel, and we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. The company aims to spread joy and happiness through bagels and is committed to work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. The Baker role is crucial, as they are the first to arrive, often as early as 3 AM, to bake the bagels that define the brand. This position involves ensuring quality products, stocking shelves, assisting with guest service, maintaining food quality, and keeping the store clean and safe. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy (only required at specific locations)

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred)

Responsibilities

• Bake bagels and ensure quality product is available each shift
• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
