About The Position

At Noah’s New York Bagels, the company is looking for a Baker to join their team. Bakers are essential to the company, arriving early (as early as 3 AM) to bake fresh bagels. The role involves ensuring quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers also work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service, which includes helping with order taking and sandwich making. The team takes pride in maintaining food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, meaning no evening or night shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
