About The Position

At Bruegger's, we have been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition for over 35 years. We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and we are also committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for a Baker to join our team. The Baker is responsible for ensuring quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served, and in keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
