About The Position

Call Your Mother is a Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes. Husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chef Dani built Call Your Mother around one simple idea: people deserve incredible food made by people who give an F. Requirements

At least one year of experience in food production, baking, prep cooking, or another fast-paced kitchen environment.
Ability to safely wield a knife.
Ability to follow recipes.
Ability to stay organized.
Ability to take pride in producing consistently great food.

Responsibilities

Mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish bagels, pastries, and seasonal baked goods.
Prepare spreads, sauces, dressings, proteins, and other house-made ingredients following recipes and production schedules.
Prep, portion, package, label, and store products for delivery to our shops.
Monitor product quality to ensure everything leaving the commissary meets CYM standards.
Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean, organized, and food safe.
Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and health department standards every step of the way.
Communicate inventory shortages, equipment issues, waste, or quality concerns to leadership.
Learn new production stations and continuously build your skills.
Support teammates, help train new hires, and pitch in wherever the team needs you most.
