This full-time position requires a basic understanding of baking, mixing, and knife handling skills, along with knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. The Baker III must be able to work calmly under pressure, possess problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized, and demonstrate a commitment to quality service. A basic knowledge of food and beverage concepts and all areas of pastry production, including baking, mixing, and plating, is essential. The position also includes setting up and breaking down stations according to bakery guidelines and SNHD standards, preparing food items as directed, following recipes and portion controls, and communicating effectively with management.
