Responsibilities

  • Execute food preparation and production in accordance with established recipes, brand standards, and strict health and safety regulations across Bakery, and Catering operations
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of baking, cooking, and advanced food preparation techniques
  • Accurately measure ingredients by weight and volume to ensure consistency and quality in all culinary outputs
  • Assess food quality, flavor, and readiness through refined tasting and inspection practices
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with sanitation standards
  • Efficiently set up and break down kitchen and service stations to support seamless operations
  • Ensure proper portioning and consistency when preparing and presenting all menu items
  • Uphold elevated standards for the visual presentation and display of all prepared foods, with particular attention to bakery offerings
  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service when presenting and serving items to guests, including answering questions and offering recommendations
