Requirements

You are 18 years of age or older
You enjoy working as a part of a larger team to make an impact
Ensuring a safe work environment is a priority to you
You take pride in the work you do, with every detail, whether big or small
Must be able to lift, up to 55 lbs.
Ability to reach and lift product, ingredient, equipment weighing up to approximately 55 lbs. with an average bucket weight of 40 lbs. and tray weight of 22 lbs.
Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance are required.
Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for entire work shift.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level required for production and selection of product.
Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
Ability to learn proper selection and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

Being a part of the process to produce high quality breads and rolls for customers in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska
Operating equipment and/or performing functions necessary in the fresh bread making process.
Order Select the bread to be shipped to the stores with accuracy
Follow company procedures while participating in safety and culture
Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity
