About The Position

Are you an early riser with a passion for baking? We're seeking a dedicated Baker/Finisher to bring sweetness and smiles to our customers' mornings and days at Dunkin'. If you love the aroma of freshly baked goods and have a flair for finishing touches, we need you!

Requirements

  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it fluently.
  • Basic math skills, handy for managing recipes and inventory.
  • Reliability: Always ready and present, demonstrating dedication and commitment.
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age-specific requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

  • Bake our famous donuts, bagels, and other baked goods, ensuring each batch is as delicious as the last.
  • Masterfully glaze, fill, and decorate our products, making them irresistible to our customers.
  • Ensure all items meet Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, delivering consistent quality with every bite.
  • Keep track of baking supplies, ingredients, and ensure the freshness of all products.
  • Maintain a spotless baking area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless operation, from baking to the customer’s hand.
  • Occasionally interact with customers, offering them the joy of fresh, delightful treats.
  • Engage positively with fellow team members, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.
  • Embrace guidance and direction, and hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities.
  • Adhere to your schedule, arriving ready and on time for your shift.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, ensuring each experience is highly enjoyable.
  • Address guest needs and resolve issues promptly and with urgency.
  • Follow Brand standards and systems, delivering top-quality food and beverage.
  • Keep your workstation and guest areas tidy and comply with cleaning directives.
  • Complete required training and support in training other team members.
  • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Prepare products following recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Follow all cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security procedures.
  • Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
  • Other duties as assigned
